  • No account to sign

Signers open the email and sign.

  • Code to every signer

Sent to their own email first.

  • Certificate included

    Added to every signed copy.

  • Every step recorded

    Time, IP address and device.

How it works

Four steps, and the paperwork is done.

Nothing to install, for you or for the people signing. It all happens in the browser.

  1. 01

    Upload the PDF

Any PDF up to 20 MB: a contract, an offer letter, a tenancy agreement. We record its fingerprint, so everyone signs exactly this file.

  2. 02

    Mark where people sign

Drag signature, initials, name, date, text and tick-box fields onto the pages, each in the colour of the person who fills it.

  3. 03

    Send it

To everyone at once, or one after another in the order you choose. Add people who only need a copy at the end.

  4. 04

    Everyone gets the signed copy

When the last person signs, the finished PDF is made, with a certificate of completion at the back, and emailed to everyone on it.

For the people signing

Easy for them. Clear about who is asking.

Your client, tenant or new hire doesn’t sign up for anything. They see your name, confirm a code and sign in a minute.

Your name on the email
The email says who sent it, so they know it’s from you and not a stranger.
A code before the document opens
We email them a six-digit code that lasts three minutes. Only someone with their inbox can open it.
Sign their way
Type their name, draw with a finger or mouse, or upload a picture of their signature.
Or say no
They can decline with a reason. You’re told straight away, and the document stops.

How to check this record

Each entry in the trail is sealed with a hash of the one before it, so changing or removing any entry breaks the chain.

The proof

A record that shows if anyone changes it.

Every signed copy ends with a certificate of completion. It sets out who signed, when, from where, and how they proved it was them.

  1. 01

Every step, with time and IP address

Sent, opened, code entered, signed: each is recorded with the time, the IP address and the device.

  2. 02

Each record sealed to the one before

Every entry carries a hash of the entry before it. Change or remove one and the chain breaks, and the app shows where.

  3. 03

    The file’s fingerprint, printed

The SHA-256 fingerprint of the original PDF is on the certificate, so anyone can check they have the same file.

  4. 04

    Links that can’t be reused

Each signer’s link is secret and personal. Sending it again, correcting an address or cancelling stops the old one working.

After you send

You stay in charge until the last signature.

See where it is
Who has opened it, who has signed, who you’re waiting on.
Send a reminder
One click sends a fresh link to whoever hasn’t signed.
Fix a wrong address
Correct the email and send again. The link sent to the wrong address stops working.
Ask someone to sign again
If a signature isn’t acceptable, ask for a new one. The record keeps both.
Cancel it
Call the whole thing off with a reason. Every link stops working at once.
A deadline on every request
Requests close after 30 days, so an old link can’t be signed months later.

Is it legal?

Recognised in Sri Lanka and in most countries.

Sri Lanka’s Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006, recognises electronic signatures, and so do the laws of most countries, including the United States (ESIGN) and the European Union (eIDAS).

Some documents still need ink or a notary, such as wills, powers of attorney and deeds for land. If you’re unsure about a particular document, ask a lawyer.

Questions

Asked before signing up.

Something else? Email us.

Do the people signing need an account?

No. They open the link in the email, enter the code we send them, and sign. Only you, the sender, have an account.

How do you know it was really them?

The link is personal to them, and before the document opens we email them a code that lasts three minutes. The certificate records that they entered it, with the time, IP address and device.

What do I get at the end?

One PDF with every signature and field filled in where you placed it, and a certificate of completion at the back. It is emailed to everyone on the document, including people who only get a copy.

What if someone doesn’t sign?

You can send a reminder, correct their email address, or cancel the request. Requests close after 30 days.

Can people sign in a set order?

Yes. Turn on signing order and each person is emailed only when the one before them has signed.

Can the document change after it is sent?

No. Its fingerprint is recorded when you send it, and every signer signs that exact file. Changes come only from the people signing, in the fields you gave them.

Who can see my documents?

You and the people you send them to. Documents are never public: you need to be signed in to download them, and a signer sees one only after entering their code.

What kind of files can I send?

PDFs up to 20 MB. If you have a Word document, save it as a PDF first.

Send your first document free.

It takes a few minutes. No card needed.
