Who we are

Tulu Sign is a product of Tulu Tech, a company in Sri Lanka. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Tulu Tech, which provides Tulu Sign, an online service for sending PDF documents to be signed electronically. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account (“you”). People who only sign a document sent to them do not need an account, and the parts of these terms about accounts and payment do not apply to them.

Your account

You must give your real name and an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Your documents

The documents you upload are yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to the people you send them to, add the signatures and fields they fill in, and email them the finished copy. We do not use your documents for anything else.

You must have the right to send each document, and you must only send it to people you have a reason to ask for a signature.

What you may not do

You may not use the service to deceive, defraud or harass anyone; to send unsolicited messages in bulk; to impersonate someone else; or for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does, and we may cancel documents it has sent.

Plans and payment

The free plan lets you send one document. Paid plans let you send a set number of documents each month and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, whose name appears on your receipt. See the refund policy.

Legal effect of signatures

We provide the tools to sign electronically and a record of what happened. Whether a particular document signed this way is valid or enforceable depends on the law that applies to it. Some documents must still be signed on paper. If you are unsure, take legal advice.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of every signed document.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, documents that are still waiting for signatures are cancelled.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will email you before a change that affects you takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
